Circuit Operations Manager

Salary: £32k per annum pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Required from September 2021

The Brighton & Hove Methodist Circuit is seeking to appoint a Circuit Operations Manager to work across the five churches as part of our forward-thinking and inclusive faith community:

We are seeking someone who:

  • has good finance and HR skills
  • has the ability to prepare the annual financial reports
  • is able to support property management across the Circuit, including contract management
  • is able to manage H&S and GDPR compliance processes across the Circuit
  • is willing to work collaboratively across the team
  • has energy and enthusiasm to encourage and support volunteers
  • is empathic to the Christian ethos of the Circuit
